Join the "One Day Without" Experience

Any day during the year, challenge yourself and take a walk in someone else’s shoes. To understand the hygiene crisis, could you go one day without essential hygiene products?

Try it for a day – just a day – and see how it impacts you. See how it affects where you go (or don’t go) and how you interact with others. It is certainly a challenging experience, and unfortunately 1 in 3 MA residents deal with this reality every day.

Can you go without a toothbrush and toothpaste?

Can you shower without soap and shampoo?

Can you go to work without wearing deodorant?

Can you dress in clothes that have not been laundered?
