Alison LeBlanc is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience in fundraising and community development. She has raised more than $160M in extramural funding, securing significant gifts and diversifying revenue streams to support mission-driven organizations. Throughout her career, Alison has built strong partnerships across nonprofits, corporations, and government agencies, driving systemic change and fostering long-term community impact.

Having spent over a decade in the nonprofit healthcare space, Alison worked with organizations that distributed essential hygiene products from H&C Hygiene Hub. She saw firsthand the profound impact these products had on individuals, providing dignity and improving lives.

Her expertise spans strategic planning, major gift acquisition, and operational efficiency, with a focus on data-driven solutions. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), Alison ensures these values are embedded in both organizational culture and programmatic efforts. She holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MS in Communications from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
